Product Introduction

The Model DL double-layer belt sorter is custom-developed for large-volume, high-throughput industrial grain processing. It features an independent dual-layer belt layout that forms two separate sorting stations to implement secondary deep precision screening for bulk grain raw materials.

1. Dual-layer staged purification process

Raw grains first go through preliminary impurity separation on the first conveyor belt. The preliminarily screened materials are then delivered to the second sorting station for intensive re-inspection, thoroughly clearing micro residual impurities and omitted defective grains that single-layer sorting equipment cannot completely filter out.

Step 1: Lossless Belt Feeding & Primary Sorting
Mixed grain raw materials fall into the feeding hopper and are uniformly distributed onto the first-layer horizontal conveyor belt by the feeding vibrator. The upper CCD detection module identifies and removes large impurities and obvious defective grains at the first sorting station. Severely defective materials are directly ejected into the rejected product hopper, while preliminarily purified grains drop down to the second conveying belt.
Step 2: Secondary Deep Precision Screening
Materials enter the second independent sorting station along the lower belt. The second group of camera and light source system performs high-density fine scanning to capture tiny residual impurities and minor flawed grains missed in the first sorting. Slightly defective grains are blown into the recycle hopper for reprocessing.
Step 3: High-purity Finished Product Collection
Grains passing two rounds of optical inspection are stably conveyed to the outlet and fall into the accepted product hopper. The two-stage belt sorting mode achieves thorough grain purification, adapts to high-volume continuous production of large grain processing plants, and avoids grain breakage during the whole conveying process.
