Working Principle of APEX Low-Breakage Grain Sorter

Step 1 Uniform feeding & low-speed lossless conveying
Raw high-value fragile materials are put into the feeding hopper. The feeding vibrator evenly arranges scattered materials onto the special low-speed conveyor belt. The optimized low operating speed greatly reduces mutual collision, extrusion and frictional abrasion between particles, fundamentally preventing material fragmentation, surface scratch and morphological deformation of delicate premium grains, coffee beans and frozen fruits & vegetables.
Step 2 High-precision CCD visual inspection
Materials are transported at a steady low speed through the detection station. The matched stable light source provides uniform illumination conditions for the high-resolution CCD camera. The camera rapidly collects color, surface texture and morphological data of each particle, accurately identifying discoloration, mildew spots, frost damage and deformed defective particles on material surfaces.
Step 3 Precision air ejection and material collection
After the system marks defective targets, the high-speed nozzle executes instantaneous targeted air separation.
